What can I do if the video keeps freezing?
This error is not common, but can occur from time to time. First of all, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
Also, please try to restart your device or reinstall the app, following the next steps:
1. Delete the app;
2. Download it again;
3. Open the app and tap on the Login/I already have account button on the first screen of the app.
4. Enter the email address you used when making the purchase.
5. Then tap on 'Login' button to log in to your account as shown below:
6. Enter your security code.
! If you don’t get an email with a security code, please check that the email address you entered is correct. If you have any spam filters enabled in your email settings, please make sure to check your spam folder either.
