How can I change the language of the app?

The app interface is currently available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Ukrainian.
The workout audio is in English by default, but you are free to change it to French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian.
Here are instructions on how to change the app interface, if needed:
Open the app > inside the app find the ‘Settings’ tab > tap on ‘Language’ > select the language you want to use.
